  • Yes. but not the slide-deck-only kind. Our work is practical and tied directly to execution. If it doesn’t help the business move, we don’t recommend it, or do it.

  • No, but most clients do. It’s the fastest way to get clarity and avoid guessing. That said, some teams jump straight into a project or ongoing support if the need is already clear.

  • You receive a clear, prioritized roadmap. Some teams execute it internally. Others ask us to stay involved overseeing execution, managing partners, and/or providing ongoing leadership.

  • Execution can be handled by your team, our staff, our partners, or senior specialists from our vetted network. We stay accountable for direction and outcomes.
